ThanksTo card on Shopify orders
See who to thank for an order on Shopify’s order page, without opening the app.
Add the card
Section titled “Add the card”-
In Shopify admin, open an order.

Open the order page’s Apps block menu.

Add the ThanksTo block.

Pin it.
What the card shows
Section titled “What the card shows”- Who to thank, such as Thanks to and a creator’s name. Orders with nobody to thank say so, for example Direct or No source for this order.
- A status badge, such as Tracked visit. See What each status means.
- One line on why the order got its credit.
- Up to three facts: Creator, Source and Discount code.
- An Open in ThanksTo link to the order’s page, which has the full story.
If something looks wrong
Section titled “If something looks wrong”| The card says | What it means |
|---|---|
| Placed before ThanksTo was installed, and before the 60 days of orders it imported, so ThanksTo has no record of it. | This order is older than your import, so it won’t get a card. |
| A Locked badge and “Over this month’s plan limit. Details in ThanksTo.” | The order is over your plan’s monthly limit. See Plans and order limits. |
