Plans and order limits
Every plan has every feature. What changes is the price and how many paid orders the plan covers each month.
The four plans
Section titled “The four plans”| Plan | Monthly price | Yearly price | Paid orders a month | Free trial |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | None | 50 | None |
| Starter | $9 | $90 | 500 | 14 days |
| Growth | $19 | $190 | 2,000 | 14 days |
| Pro | $49 | $490 | 10,000 | 14 days |
- Paying yearly gives you 2 months free, with the same monthly order limit.
- Shopify bills you for ThanksTo, in USD, on your Shopify invoice. ThanksTo doesn’t take a percentage of your sales.
- For more than 10,000 paid orders a month, email support@thanksto.app for a plan that fits.
What counts as a paid order
Section titled “What counts as a paid order”Your plan counts paid orders from your online store, including orders that came from AI assistants. These orders don’t use up your limit:
- Point of Sale orders, draft orders and orders from other sales channels.
- Test orders on a live store. On a development store, they count.
- Cancelled orders and unpaid orders. An order counts once it’s paid.
- Orders from before you installed ThanksTo, including the last 60 days of orders the app imports.
Your plan still counts refunded orders. The count follows the calendar month in your store’s time zone, not your billing date.
What happens over your limit
Section titled “What happens over your limit”Going over your limit doesn’t cost extra. Once you pass the limit, each new paid order becomes Locked: it’s recorded and stays in your total sales, but who to thank for it stays hidden until it unlocks.
Locked orders unlock in one of two ways:
- You move to a plan that covers them. They unlock right away.
- The next month starts. Locked orders from the month before unlock, and the new month starts a fresh count.
To see how close you are, open Subscription from the menu. It shows your paid orders this month.
Change or cancel your plan
Section titled “Change or cancel your plan”-
In ThanksTo, open Subscription from the menu.
-
In the Choose a plan card, click Select on Shopify on any plan.
-
On Shopify’s plan page, choose your plan and how you want to be billed.
-
Shopify sends you back to ThanksTo, which confirms your plan.
If you see “Your plan couldn’t be confirmed”, Shopify may still be setting up the plan. Click Try again.
To stop paying for a plan, follow these steps and choose Free. You keep your paid plan until the end of your billing cycle, then you move to the Free plan.
If you change your mind, click Keep on Shopify on your current plan. Uninstalling cancels future charges, but you might still be billed for the current billing cycle. To ask about a refund, email support@thanksto.app before you uninstall. See Uninstall or reinstall.
